After logging in, find it in the bottom menu of the Bengol app or in the top navigation on the website "Promo" or "Offers" section, where you can view all active bonuses, cashback offers, and special events in one place.
On updates — regular promos are generally refreshed every week. Special offers for major tournaments or festivals (such as the World Cup, Eid, and Puja) are added separately. Monthly cashback offers are typically published at the start of the month. Name change: Log in to the app and go to "Profile → Personal Info" to update your name. Keep in mind: if KYC was already completed before the change, your new name must match the national ID used for KYC — otherwise you may run into issues with withdrawals.
Changing your mobile number: The primary mobile number used during registration cannot be changed directly, as it serves as your core identity on the platform. To update it, contact Bengol support at support@bengol.click or via live chat. After verifying your identity (national ID and an OTP sent to the old number), the support team will make the update. The entire process typically takes 24–48 hours.
Bengol currently supports three mobile banking methods:
- bKash — the most widely used in Bangladesh. Usually the fastest processing option.
- Nagad — a mobile financial service from the postal department. Fast and reliable.
- Rocket (DBBL) — the mobile service from Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Log in to the Bengol app, then "Account Settings → Responsible Gambling" section. You'll find four tools there:
- Deposit limit: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will go through.
- Loss limit: You'll receive an automatic alert if your losses exceed a set amount.
- Session limit: Set how long you want to play in a single session. Once the time is up, you will be logged out automatically.
- Cooling-Off / Exclusion: Take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days — takes effect as soon as the request is submitted.

To claim your daily sign-in bonus, simply log in to the app or website. After logging in, look for it on the home screen or in the "Promo" section — "Daily Check-In" or "Daily Reward" you will see a card — tap on it.
For free spins: Free spins are typically awarded as part of a special promo or welcome offer. If your account has free spins available, they'll appear automatically when you enter the casino section. A few things to keep in mind — winnings from free spins cannot be withdrawn directly; you'll need to meet a specific wagering requirement first (usually 3–5x). On fees: Bengol itself charges nothing for withdrawals — they are completely free. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) may deduct their own cash-out fee according to their own policies, which is outside Bengol's control.
On limits:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Daily maximum: higher limits apply to KYC-verified accounts
- Processing time: typically Within 24 hours; even faster if KYC is complete
To withdraw, go to "Wallet → Withdraw" in the app, select the amount and payment method, then confirm with your OTP. Your bonus balance is shown separately — the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
Moving up Bengol's VIP program requires no separate application — every bet you place automatically earns points, and your level goes up as your points increase.
